Auras

The Aura is an electromagnetic field around the human body, generated by the heart, which produces an electric current that runs throughout the entire body, reaching every cell. It protects you by filtering harmful energies and connecting you with nourishing ones. A healthy aura is intended to keep you protected by filtering out, and screening harmful energies. It can attract similar energies, bringing you to balance or making you more vulnerable to lower vibrations.

The aura connects to the chakras and is shown in colors that reflect one's spiritual journey. Mine is sunset orange. Although I can't see energy, many people can, and cameras have been developed to capture it.

The aura is comprised of 7 layers and are stacked inside each other like Russian nesting dolls. Your aura changes with your emotions, so is in a constant state of change. Your aura can tell people to “take a hike” or “hang out and chill”.

Science continues to study the Aura. In the 1930s, Harold Burr, a Yale neuroanatomist, found that the electromagnetic field around a salamander egg served as a blueprint, aligning with the brain and spinal cord on the "electrical axis." He later showed correlations between the electromagnetic field and an organism's health.  

How to tell if your Aura is Imbalanced:

·       Easily overwhelmed by the presence of others

·       Feeling small, unimportant or ignored

·       Experience chronic illness

·       Sensitive to the environment

·       Highly sensitive to surrounding electromagnetic energies

·       Psychic experiences that can’t be turned off

·       Frightened by life

·       Looking frail, pale, wispy and weak

·       Excessive worry or stress

·       Experience illness, surgery or autoimmune disease recently

·       Had a serious accident or near-death experience

In energy healing, the Aura is critical for well-being and should be regularly maintained.

How to cleanse, strengthen, and heal your Aura at home:

·       Take a 30-minute hot bath with 1-2 cups of baking soda

·       Complete the Daily Energy Routine, specifically the Celtic Weave and Heaven on Earth moves

·       Fluff the aura before leaving the house and when returning

·       Hook up the third eye & PowerPoint (located by occiput), then the navel to the third eye

·       Use grounding technique

·       Belt Flow

·       Walk barefoot in grass or on the ground

·       Dance or move holding or spinning a crystal in the field

·       Visualization techniques
